Are Superior Homes modular homes different from other homes?

Superior modular homes are different because they are built in a quality controlled environment within a state of the art production facility. Superior Homes modular construction includes more materials, increased energy efficiencies, and quality of construction.

Do Superior Homes meet standard building code?

Yes, all Superior Homes meet or exceed all state building codes. In addition to the full-time quality control managers, each modular home is also inspected by an independent state-licensed agency to ensure that construction exceeds state codes. This independent third-party seal of approval appears on each home that leaves the manufacturing facility.

Does a Superior Home come with a guarantee or warranty?

Absolutely. Every Superior home comes with a full one-year parts and labor warranty and a full ten-year warranty on the structure. All product warranties such as appliances, shingles and siding are covered by the respective manufacturer.

Are Superior homes worth as much as a comparable site-built home when it's built and when it's resold?

The answer to both questions is yes. They are both constructed with the same specifications and in the same neighborhood. An appraiser applies the same rules for each type of home.

Can I Custom Design My Superior Modular Home?

Yes. Superior Homes allows you complete design flexibility and customization. Our floor plans and home styles can be slightly tweaked or totally re-designed to meet your specific individual desires.

How Long Does it Take to Build a Superior Home?

 A brand new completed ready to move in home is possible in 45 days.

Who do I contact for financing?

Superior Homes are financed through the typical home mortgage process. Your local bank or a mortgage firm will be able to assist you.
